A letter or two from Hannah
Dear Grandma and Grandpa,
Whenever I think about my favorite moments in Michigan, I always think of times I’ve spent with you. From driving to the Old Mission general store for ice cream while listening to Grandpa’s stories to singing with Grandma at the piano through the entire Les Mis and Phantom songbooks, these are the memories that I cherish most and the things I look forward to every year when I visit. I can’t wait to see you again soon!
Love, Hannah
Dear Grandma,
Something that is so special to me is your gift of marigold seeds a few years ago. I planted them one year and they were gorgeous. Abbey harvested the seeds from the blooms, and now every year, I plant a new batch of “grandma’s marigolds.” The first blooms were so plentiful that I don’t think we’ll ever run out of seeds. And I’m glad for that because every spring when I see them on my windowsill, they make me smile.
Love, Hannah
Dear Grandpa,
This photo I took of you a few years ago always makes me smile when I see it because you remind me so much of Gilligan. I hope it makes you smile too!
Love, Hannah
